Artromick Names Christopher Mennone Vice President of International Business

Mennone brings more than 25 years of experience in global healthcare sales and marketing.

COLUMBUS, OHIO—July 21, 2008—Artromick International Inc., a leading developer of medication management and healthcare technology solutions for the long-term and acute care markets, recently appointed Christopher Mennone vice president of international business. Mennone has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and distribution, and has led teams in more than 100 countries across the globe. He will report to Artromick President Paul Guth.

“Chris’ many years of international experience, coupled with his existing relationships with the healthcare community and knowledge of diverse languages and cultures, make him ideal to lead Artromick’s international sales efforts,” said Paul Guth, president of Artromick. “We welcome Chris to the Artromick family and know that he will share the company’s dedication to offering innovative products that support high quality patient care, reduce medical errors, and improve efficiency and workflow.”

Prior to joining Artromick, Mennone was with Arrow International (acquired by Teleflex Inc. in 2007), a leading developer of catheter-based therapeutic products. As vice president of the Asia International Business Unit, he spearheaded efforts across Asia Pacific, International Americas and Africa. Mennone previously served as vice president of international sales and marketing at Arrow International from 1988 to 2005, during which he increased international sales, moved the company from a distributor sales model to a direct sales model, and founded direct sales offices in 14 countries. Prior to Arrow, Mennone was director of international sales and marketing at Intermedics Intraocular (acquired by Pharmacia AB in 1987), where he grew sales from zero in 1981 to $8 million in 1988.

“Artromick has continued to stay ahead of the healthcare technology curve with its ongoing technological advancements in both the acute and long-term care markets, making this an ideal time to join the company,” said Mennone. “Artromick has proven its dedication to providing its customers with innovative products at every turn. I look forward to working with the executive team and the sales organization to build on the existing international structure that brings Artromick’s long-term and acute care products to the global marketplace.”

Mennone received his master’s degree in international management from The Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, and earned his bachelor’s degree in European History and English Literature from Hofstra University in New York.
